Returns
If you are not satisfied, our policy lasts up to 30 days of delivery of your meat. Upon the return of your order back to us please see the Refund Policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that the deposit toward the purchase is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your meat, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned packaged meat in the condition it was delivered.
Then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your meat package, you should mail your product to: Heaven Sent Farms LLC, 3732 E. Howell Rd., Webberville MI 48892, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your meat. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping items over $1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
